Greenwich murder: Third man charged with killing Tobi Animashaun

A third man has been charged with the murder of Tobi Animashaun in Charlton.

Metropolitan Police said Codie Goodensimms, 24, of Fairthorn Road, SE7 was charged on 29th November with murder and will appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today, 30th November.

Mr Animashaun was stabbed in Anchor and Hope Lane, Greenwich on 11th September 2016. He was taken to a south London hospital by paramedics for treatment but died of injuries the following morning.

Two men have previously been charged with Mr Animashaun’s murder, they are: Jeremiah Lloyd Johnson, 23, of Walnut Road, E10; and Antoin Gray, 22, of Troughton Road, Charlton.

They have both been remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey for a plea and case management hearing on 7th December 2016.

A trial date has been set for 13th March 2017.
