Chilli Fried welcomes back the ever wonderful Errol Linton, leader of the toughest blues band around, with their distinctive mix of down-home sounds given a Caribbean twist.
Errol is one of the finest harmonica players and a deeply soulful singer to boot. He and the band blast out raw but beautiful blues n boogie, spiked with the reggae of Errol’s Jamaican roots like Chess Records meets Studio One! Their distinctively different new album “Mama Said” takes things to a whole new creative level. Come and feel the blues vibrations.
Joining Chilli Fried resident DJ and host Jamie Renton on the decks will be his fellow members of the Shout Collective: the loose aggregation of blues imbued DJs who take the Devil’s Music back to its African roots, out into the big city and anywhere else that feels right for shakin’ ya tail-feather.
