Why don’t Black people vote is a very important question being asked at a very important time. On 3rd May 2012 people in London will vote for the Mayor of London and the 25 members of the London Assembly. The votes of black community members can decide the final outcome of these elections.

“The Black vote has been a sleeping giant that we need to awaken,” said Simon Woolley, director of Operation Black Vote. “There won’t be a local, regional or national election that cannot be undertaken without the black vote deciding who wins and who loses.”
